When can you come by without an appointment?
Come choose your jewelry, try it on, and discuss any minor adjustments. You can also visit us to learn more about our jewelry and custom-made pieces and schedule an appointment. Our online inventory is available for you to try on at our Rotterdam Boutique.

Made to order
With made-to-order, the piece of jewelry is not held in stock but is custom-made for you in our atelier.

However, we do have a showroom model in stock which can be viewed by appointment or is available in the store for walk-ins to get an initial impression before making an appointment.

Production time
Always as quickly as possible! Objet Dore aims for a guideline of 4-6 weeks to craft your piece of jewelry.

Are there modifications to the original design? We will inform you in advance if the production time needs to be extended from 6 to 8 weeks, which is mainly due to creating a custom design and sourcing the right gemstones.

Custom designs
You can customize your 'customizable jewelry' to your liking, for example, with a personal engraving, different types of gemstones, finish, or different sizes of gemstones.

Objet Dore offers many payment options, so you can pay by credit card, in installments, with Klarna post-payment, or just as easily via iDeal or by debit card in the boutique!

Objet Dore always ships with insurance included. Should anything happen to your jewelry during transit, it will be covered by the insurance.

You can also collect your order free of charge at the boutique during our opening hours.

For custom-made orders, we send an invoice that can also be paid with various payment options.

Each piece of jewellery is packaged in our signature luxurious champagne-coloured velvet jewellery boxes with sophisticated gold foil printing – an elegant gesture even before the gift is unwrapped.

Warranty

Maintenance
The first inspection, polishing, and cleaning of your piece of jewelry are always free of charge!
