To guarantee quality, you receive a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects after the date of purchase.

MANUFACTURING ERRORS

Manufacturing errors must be determined by our own goldsmith, and it must also be established that no wear damage has been caused to the jewelry.

Manufacturing defects do not include general wear and tear, broken or lost gemstones through personal use, scratches, stretched or broken chains/rings, lost jewelry, or jewelry damaged by dropping, impact, careless handling, cleaning, or storage.

Because we stand behind our designs, any third party or outside jeweler who alters or services your jewelry will void your warranty with us.

VINTAGE

Our vintage collection is checked for authenticity of gemstones and quality of the gold and jewelry

Please note that vintage rings are unique, and many gemstones in our vintage jewelry are also one-of-a-kind. Repairs cannot always be made to the original design.

Objet Dore applies the same guarantee procedure to vintage items as to our own collection, because the jewelry is carefully checked and selected.
