Ordering questions

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need an account to place an order. All you’ll need is an email address or your phone-number and a payment method. However, we do suggest you register an account so you can start saving your favorite items to your wishlist or to follow your order.

How will I know if you have received my order?

Once you’ve completed the checkout process, you will receive an order confirmation via email or text.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Please contact hello@objetdore.com with your order number to see if a change or cancellation of your order is still possible.

What is the status of my order?

If you have an account then you can check the status of your order by logging into your account. If you don't have an account then you can contact us 24/7 at hello@objetdore.com.

Shipping questions

When do you ship?

When you place your order before 14:00 CET, your order will be shipped the same day with express shipping. Customized jewelry will be shipped in 5 days.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide with FedEx Priority.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over €250.

How much is delivery?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over €250. If you spend under €250, the shipping within The Netherlands is €10, the shipping within Europe €15 and the shipping outside Europe is €25.

What shipping method do you use?

We ship with FedEx Priority. Including insurance.

Gifting questions

Can you help me to choose a gift?

We are here to help you choose the perfect gift within your budget and to make sure it’s delivered before the special occasion. You can either whatsapp us or send us an email.

Can you gift wrap the jewelry?

Yes and it’s free. If you’d like us to giftwrap the piece, simply choose this option at checkout. It is also possible to add a personal gift message to your gift.

Is your packaging discreet?

The outer shipping carton, used to deliver your order, is unbranded and discreet.

Returns questions

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy. Naturally, we expect you to return your order in the same condition you received them.

What are the return costs?

Returns are free.

How do I make a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@objetdore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will I receive my refund?

A refund will be issued within 2-3 days after the return has been received. You will receive an email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. Please note that it may take a few days for the payment provider to process the refund.

There is something wrong with my order

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number.
